Noriko is a pretty shy girl at first, though once she gets over it, she's pretty aggresive and out-spoken. She may not be completely truthful, but she can be trusted and holds her cool in emergencies. She's patient, responsible, and takes life seriously, even if she is a bit lazy. She's pretty impulsive, but normally she makes the right decisions. She doesn't have much of a temper, but loves to taunt. She can be moody, jealous, and selfish, using flattery (charm, as she calls it) to get her way.

History:
Noriko lives with her father in a small, two-story house, where the bottom story is devoted to her father's bakery. Her mother recently filed for a divorce, so Noriko has had a lot on her plate to try and keep her father's and her own sanity. Noriko helps her father out with the bakery, and thus has pretty good cooking skills, even if she doesn't particularly like to cook.

Henshin Item: A dark red, flame-shaped pendant which she wears around her neck when not in senshi form on a black necklace.
Henshin Phrase: Draco nightmare power, make up!
Henshin:
Noriko takes out (or off) her necklace and yells out her henshin phrase. Then she smashes the flame-shaped pendant between her hands, sending up a flurry of sparks which begin to circle her. She starts to spin, bringing her hands away from each to reveal her candle, which she grabs with on hand and blows on, lighting it. A wreath of smoke billows from the candle, enveloping her as she spins, but an outline of her body can still be seen as her fuku appears. Ending her henshin, Draco stops spinning and holds up the candle in front of her face, the smoke dissipating in the light and leaving her in her pose.

Fuku Details:
Draco wears a fuku that's a little like the original one's worn by the Sol Senshi, only more of a dress, lacking the differentiation between skirt and bodice. The entire bodice bit, including the skirt, is black. Her collar, wrist-length, loose gloves, and front bow are all red. The round button in the middle of her bow is also red, and her mid-calf boots are black. Draco's tiara is really just a thin strand of black metal, with a round black gem in the middle, and her choker is much the same, but with a dark red gem.

Attacks:
Draco darkening dread: After whispering the attack, Draco holds her candle up to her face and blows it out. A wisp of smoke comes off from the blown out candle, and breaks apart, solidifying and growing into several small, flying lizards. The lizards fly forward and assault her opponent, using vicious little claws and fiery snorts to aid them.
Dead sleep: Draco twirls on one foot as she says this, keeping her candle held out in front of her with both hands. A trail of smoke comes from the candle as she twirls, until there's a thick cloud of it around Draco. She then abruptly halts, still on one foot, and sends the cloud at her opponent. The cloud sends her opponent into a sort of trance, where they don't awake until somebody hurts them.
