Personality:
Iruka is a quiet child, who hasn't had much social interaction with others, especially kids her own age. She never attended school, learning everything from her older sister, Yotaka, so she doesn't really know how to interact. She's "street smart" and has a special talent of being able to weave through a crowd without being detected, all the while nicking a watch here, and a wallet there. Iruka is stealthy, sly, and it's next to impossible to tell if she's lying.
History:
Iruka's mother and father died when she was little. Their house caught fire from an electrical short while Iruka and her elder sister were attending school (middle school for Iruka, high school for Yotaka), and were unable to get out in time before dying of smoke inhalation. Iruka and Yotaka came home together to find fire engines encircling the smoldering house and the sound of an ambulance rushing away. Since their parents hadn't had much money to begin with, the two weren't left with much, especially after the funeral. The two's only relations lived in China and Europe, and both decided they wanted to stay in Japan, since they didn't know their relatives any better then the homeless on the street. With what money they had, Iruka and Yotaka moved into an apartment in the slums of Tokyo. Neither of them were old enough to work yet and thus resorted to their life of crime, nicking all sorts of things from the ignorant tourists and pawning them off. Needless to say, the sisters became very close after this.

Hair: Her hair turns pale blue when she transforms, and it winds itself into a braid, with a dark purple scrunchie at the top, and a dark blue one near the bottom, where the ends of her braid turn up in a mimic of a dolphin tail shape.

Iruka yells out her henshin phrase and throws her necklace at the ground, where it shatters, sending up shards of ice around her as beneath her feet a whirlpool of blues, purples, and greens forms. A thick mist comes up from this, surrounding her as she begins to twirl on one foot, her arms stretched out to the sides. Sparks fly from beneath her foot as she twirls to alight on her, forming her fuku. The mist thickens around her legs and arms to form her gloves and boots, and then the ice shards float up to above her head to form her fish bowl, which she grabs as it fills with the mist. Delphinus poses holding the fishbowl above her head and her feet spaced apart.
Fuku Details:
Delphinus wears a fuku that's a little like the original one's worn by the Sol Senshi, only more of a dress, lacking the differentiation between skirt and bodice. The entire bodice bit, including the skirt, is icy blue. Her collar, wrist-length, loose gloves, and front bow are all deep purple. The round button in the middle of her bow is also icy blue, and her Roman legion-like sandal-wear is dark blue. Delphy's tiara is really just a thin strand of black metal, with a round blue gem in the middle, and her choker is much the same, but with a dark purple gem.
Attacks:
Iruka ice illusion: Delphinus yells the attack as she smashes the fish bowl on the ground. The shattered pieces of the bowl surround the opponent, disappearing from everyone else's sight, sans the opposition. The opponent then attempts to fend off the bits of glass, that are really only an illusion to him/her, which seem to attack them from all directions, like a swarm of mosquitoes. Meanwhile, the real pieces reform into the fish bowl.
Delphini dream damage: Delphinus holds her fish bowl in both hands, spinning around on her tiptoes as she calls out the attack. Inside the bowl, swirling darkness forms, and when Delphy stops spinning and holds the fish bowl so it's opening is facing directly at her opponent, the darkness shoots out, in a swirly beam. The force of the beam is enough to knock down a thick wall, or pound the opponent into the ground.
