Whoa, where are we?
Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon; Dimensions (BSSM;D) is the first in a series of three stories. It's set after the R arc of Sailor Moon and is the most light-hearted of the three. In a nutshell, it's about the oncome of a fickle new enemy who wishes to destroy the world (who doesn't?) and four new senshi who awaken to help. The story itself is a lot more complicated than this, of course, although it must be said that BSSM;D should be better enjoyed for the characters than the actual plot. Roughly, 15 episodes is estimated. Rating: PG for mild curses and mild violence. StarProject (BSSM;SP) is probably the darkest of the three stories. It takes place in the future, right after Chibi-Usa's coming-of-age party. The nutshell: practically overnight five mysterious women come into power of Crystal Tokyo and the entire royal court virtually disappears. Kala is left alone to bring together a new fighting force and save not only Crystal Tokyo, but the entire world. The number of episodes is estimated at around 10. Rating: PG-13 for mild cursing and strong violence. Silence of Shadows (BSSM;SoS) will be the second story, taking place inbetween SP and D, telling the tale of the DimS on their own and Sailor Mellon barging onto the scene. It will be somewhat darker than D, but not quite as much so as SP. Expect to see this started after D finishes. BSSM;D-MST is the original draft of D put into the format of the (in)famous Mystery Science Theater 3000 (MST3k), which, for the uninformed, is a classic TV show where several characters comment on old, badly done films. For this, Spryng has locked the DimS, including Kala, into the fanfic showing room and guarded all the doors with penguins. There were 9 chapters of the original written before I gave up and started again, and I intend to M(i)ST all 9 of them. Rating: PG-13 for expletives and drug use (bad Kala!). )'s and ('s around dialogue denote the use of English, as opposed to Japanese.
